Windows7 64bit版にeclipseなどandroid開発環境をセットアップしたがいろいろよくわからない現象に見舞われてAVDがうまく動かなかったが、ようやく一通り開発環境がととのった。
一番はまったのが
Failed to allocate memory: 8

です。
android4.1.2のAVDは、AVDマネージャーのプロファイル？にあるNexus7を使用しているがデフォルトのメモリー設定では上記エラーで起動しない。
メモリー設定をあげたり下げたりいろいろ悩んだ挙句256でようやく動作するようになった。
androidの開発環境構築はいろいろはまりどころがある。
google様にもっと簡単に環境構築ができるようにお願いしたいところであります。
